The KI Housing office will be closed from July 3 to August 1.

In case of lost keys or urgent maintenance needs that may cause damage to property or person if not immediately attended to, you must contact Byggvesta directly when the KI Housing office is closed. See the contact details below.

If your maintenance request is not urgent and can wait, we ask you to contact KI Housing after August 1.

Maintenance service July 3 to August 1

Below you will find the specific contact details for your area.

Note that there may be a delay in handling of maintenance requests as the landlords also have limited staff on duty during the holiday season. 

Please note that additional information may be posted in the entrance of the building.

Urgent maintenance matters

If urgent maintenance that risk damaging property or person (such as electricity outage, water damage, blocked toilet etc) is needed, ByggVesta should be contacted at this number during office hours: 694 07 80.

If you need to contact Byggvesta/L&T for urgent maintenance issues outside office hours, this number applies: 08-694 07 90.

Please note that all non-urgent maintenance issues that are called in will be charged to the tenant.

Lost keys

If you would lose your keys, contact Byggvesta at 08-694 07 80 during office hours. If you lose your keys outside office hours, we recommend staying with a friend or to make other housing arrangements until ByggVesta opens.

You may also contact ByggVesta/L&T outside office hours at this number 08-694 07 90. They can then arrange to let you into the apartment and install a temporary lock, but you will be charged the full cost for the service and the temporary lock. The lock will need to be changed to an ordinary lock later.

The cost for a new ordinary lock and new keys is SEK 4200.

In case you lose your key tag, you will be able to use the code 3338 to enter the building.
